Momper
Construction Corp. has been a licensed general contractor in Allen County,
Indiana for 17 years (License # 4734).
My
experience dates back to 1976 when I started my career as a residential
finish carpenter. I worked on many projects in Aboite township
when the building boom in that area was in it’s infancy.
In the late 70's I was employed by a Fort Wayne contractor who built
5 of the original Pizza Hut restaurants in this area.
Prior
to starting Momper Const. Corp. in early 1990 I was involved in commercial
and heavy industrial construction for 10 years. During that time
I worked as a project superintendent on such buildings as the
Fort Wayne “Toys R Us” store, Peg Perego, the Atrium on
the former Fort Wayne National Bank building, and extensive work at
Pokagon State Park which included remodeling of the Potawatami Inn and
Group Camp Dining Hall, and construction of a beach concession
stand and warming hut for the tobagon slide. For three years I
managed Simerman Constructions AEP account, which included extensive
work at AEP’s One Summit Square location along with projects on
their many facilities located throughout the area.
In
the 18 years I have been self employed I have worked on many diverse
projects, including new homes, light commercial construction and residential
remodeling.
For
10 years we have been an Indiana State Medicaid approved provider
working on many projects for handicapped and special needs
individuals.
We
are also a member of the greater Fort Wayne area BBB.
